The composition of the assemblage reflects our idea of Champagne, namely a subtle blend of our pinot noir and chardonay cepages. Our Carte Blanche Champagne is composed of Pinot noir for the magnitude and complexity of its bouquet and Chardonnay for its delicatess and freshness. This ensures a harmonious marriage of taste and constancy year after year.
